This complete PAPR system is engineered for demanding welding and fabrication environments, providing reliable respiratory protection during welding, grinding, and metal processing tasks. The flip-up welding shield allows seamless transition between welding and grinding, improving efficiency on-site.
The integrated 3M™ Adflo™ powered air respirator delivers high-efficiency particulate filtration with a constant airflow system. Audible and visual alarms alert the user to low airflow or battery levels, ensuring safety is maintained throughout operation. The G5-01VC auto-darkening filter offers a variable colour viewing experience with shades 8–14, enhancing weld pool clarity and reducing eye strain.
This system supports modular configuration, allowing additional protection through optional gas filters or odour pads (not included). Fully compatible with 3M™ Speedglas™ G5 Series helmets and Adflo™ accessories, it offers flexibility for a wide range of industrial applications.
