This combination set of CarbideMax® 55 Broach Cutters is designed for Bridge Rehab and Steelwork crews involved in rivet removal works.
Instead of using tooling that causes high levels of Hand Arm Vibrations (HAVs), such as pneumatic rivet busters, CarbideMax® Cutters can be used to cleanly and efficiently core drill through existing rivets using a Magnetic Drill, before VersaDrive® Reamers enlarge holes ready for the fitting of new structural bolts.
Numerous advantages are gained using this process including increased speed of working, improved safety, easier access and no requirement for heavy and dangerous compressed air systems.
