Hypertherm FlushCut™ cartridges are engineered for specialist cutting applications where attachments must be removed as close as possible to the base material. Ideal for removing lifting lugs, pad eyes, brackets, tabs and welded attachments, these cartridges help minimise rework by producing cleaner cuts with reduced risk of damaging the parent material.
SmartSYNC® technology simplifies operation by automatically communicating cartridge information to compatible Powermax SYNC® systems. The single-piece cartridge design reduces setup time, simplifies consumable management and helps ensure consistent cutting performance throughout the cartridge life.
