The Weldas Reinforced Thumb MIG Gauntlet is designed for welders who require improved control and handling during MIG/MAG welding operations. The specially designed straight thumb construction provides a more natural grip position, helping improve comfort and control when handling MIG welding guns.
Manufactured from durable shoulder split cowhide leather, the glove delivers reliable protection against heat, sparks, spatter and mechanical wear. A full cotton lining enhances wearer comfort during prolonged welding sessions, while KEVLAR® 3 ply stitching and extensive welting improve durability in high-stress areas.
Certified to EN388, EN407 and EN12477 Type A standards, the glove provides dependable protection for professional welding applications. It is well suited to fabrication workshops, engineering environments and industrial welding operations where comfort, durability and torch control are essential.
Additional variants are available including extended 18" cuff versions and selected left-hand-only configurations for specialised welding requirements.
